Meet The Seaworthy Insurance Crew!
Doug Shamblen, CPCUManager, Commercial Underwriting Doug brings over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and is responsible for the development and management of the Charter Boat and other Commercial Insurance products for Seaworthy Insurance. Starting out an as Underwriter Trainee at BoatU.S. Marine Insurance, Doug became a supervisor, manager, then General Manager of the Potomac satellite call center. He was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Boat America Corporation in 2004 and was assigned to develop Commercial programs for Seaworthy in 2008. When he’s not working, Doug can be found spending time on his 17’ bass boat fishing the local reservoirs and the Potomac River. He and his wife Carla, step-son Nick and two rambunctious Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Basil and Pesto make their home in Manassas, Va. |
